Sheet metal production and bending

Our bending department is equipped with seven numerically controlled bending machines for bends up to 6300 mm. We also have 2 bending machines with 4 conical rollers displayed.

The following machines are available:

• HPM 330 - Length of bend 6200 mm - 4 axis control - 320 Tn;

• TRUMPF TrumabendV200 - Length of bend 4000 mm - 4 axis control - 200 Tn;

• TRUMPF TrumabendV130 - Length of bend 3000 mm - 4 axis control - 130 Tn;

• TRUMPF TrumabendV85 - Length of bend 2500 mm - 5 axis control - 85 Tn; • TRUMPF TrumabendC66 - Length of bend 1500 mm - 4 axis control - 66 Tn;

• TRUMPF TrumabendV1300 - Length of bend 3000 mm - 6 axis control - 130 Tn;

• TRUMPF TrumabendV5130 - Length of bend 3000 mm - 4 axis control - 130 Tn;

• Ring Roll calender working range 3000mm - maximum thickness 25mm; 

• Calender: working range 2000mm for 4mm thick.
